At ACFEA, getting to know you and your ensemble is one of our top priorities. From the initial conversation, we will ask questions, make suggestions and offer options specific to your group's touring objectives.

All of our Tour Managers are musicians and have been on concert tours prior to working for ACFEA. They have traveled extensively and often visit new regions to add to their knowledge of concert tour possibilities. We also have a vast – and ever-growing – network of overseas managers and representatives throughout the world.

We know that a great performance of something even as short as a three-minute motet requires hours of rehearsal. So, as you prepare for your concerts abroad, we provide skilled handling of all the technical and logistical details: securing the performance opportunities your group desires, and balancing your musical, sightseeing and cultural schedules. This lets you and your musicians focus on what you do best - perform excellent music. We also strive to offer distinctive cultural experiences that could be the highlight of your tour.

We have over 55 years of experience creating custom concert tours for performing arts groups throughout the world. Uniquely, all of our Tour Managers are accomplished musicians who understand the special needs of ensembles on tour, as well as how life-changing these experiences should be. We have also lived in or traveled to the places we take you. From the start, one of us personally works with you to determine your group's musical interests, budget, size, travel dates and itinerary.
